Hi, I’m Amy Sparks, founder of Wildfire Fitness. I created this space for people who want to get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies — without the pressure of a crowded commercial gym.
My approach combines personal training, corrective exercise, movement quality, and form-focused coaching to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and train with confidence.
Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking for a quieter and more supportive training environment, Wildfire Fitness was built to help you move forward.

I believe fitness should feel supportive, challenging, and sustainable — not intimidating.
At Wildfire Fitness, training is designed around:

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is building a stronger, more capable body while creating confidence in the process.

Wildfire Fitness is located on Traverse City’s west side inside the Grand Traverse Regional Arts Campus on Cherry Bend Road, serving clients from Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Lake Leelanau, Leland, and surrounding Northern Michigan communities.
