Hi, I’m Amy Sparks, founder of Wildfire Fitness. I created this space for people who want to get stronger, move better, and feel better—but don’t feel comfortable or confident in big gyms.
I’m a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with a background in helping people overcome pain, postural imbalances, and confusion in the gym. My approach is holistic, educational, and form focused.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, recovering from injury, or just want a quieter, more focused space to work on yourself—Wildfire was built for you.

I believe in creating a calm, supportive, and engaging environment where you feel empowered to explore your potential. Together, we’ll design sessions that are tailored to your goals, but more importantly, to your comfort level and readiness.
I don’t believe fitness has to be grueling or painful—it can be energizing, fun, and deeply rewarding. My role is to guide and encourage, helping you step outside your comfort zone at a pace that feels right for you. I want you to leave every session feeling invigorated, accomplished, and proud of what you’ve achieved, knowing you chose to push yourself further. At Wildfire Fitness, it’s about progress, not perfection, and discovering how strong and capable you truly are.
