Wildfire Circuit

A mix of bodyweight, resistance, and cardio fitness training.

Wildfire Bodyshock UNO

UNO Inspired Circuit with a Mix of bodyweight, resistance, and cardio fitness training. Designed to eliminate plateaus due to adaptation.

7-6-5

$20

Five-station circuit where you perform a set number of reps in a certain time with minimal rest between sets.

5-4-3

Eight-station circuit where you perform a set number of reps in a certain time with minimal rest between sets.

3-6-9

$20

Perfor 3, 6, and 9 Reps in a controlled manner at a set number of stations. Depending on class variation, class may include an additional "burnout session" to maximize muscle activation.


Sandbells

Sweat and Sandbells

Higher Intensity, high energy class with a mix of upper body machine work and lower body sandbell work.

Sandbell Slam

High energy Group Fitness class where families can work out together. Class utilizes Sandbells for resistance and incorporates many exciting partner drills. Ages 5 and up please.


Low Intensity / Impact

Stable Bodies

Stable Bodies is a low-impact class suitable for all experience levels, focusing on balance, flexibility, mobility, glute and core strength. With available modifications and progressions, each participant can tailor the workout to their needs.

* Must not have issues getting up and down from the floor. 

* Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one as supply is limited. 

Core/Balance/Flexibility (Flex-N-Flow)

Flex-n-Flow is a transformative class designed to enhance your mobility, balance, posture, and flexibility. We start with dynamic movements to prime your body, followed by balance challenges to stabilize and strengthen your core. Targeted flexibility exercises focusing on hamstrings, hip flexors, upper back, and lower lumbar, and end with gentle recovery movements for complete relaxation. 

* Must not have issues getting up and down from the floor.
