High energy Group Fitness class where families can work out together. Class utilizes Sandbells for resistance and incorporates many exciting partner drills. Ages 5 and up please.
Higher Intensity, high energy workout that utilizes Sandbells and Resistance Bands for a full body workout.
Class designed to strengthen and challenge the core stabilizing muscles as well as increase balance and flexibility.
Beginner course teaching the basics of resistance band training: benefits, technique, form, and use of anchors. Completion of this class gives participants a better understanding of resistance band training and prepares them for Group Fitness classes and circuits which utilize band training and anchors.
High intensity full body workout with resistance bands.

Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout in our private training studio, in your home or outside, we'll set up a plan for you.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
Traditional metal weights are rigid and can cause damage & injury when used with too much speed and intensity. Sandbells are designed to drop, throw, and slam; they are built to withstand even your toughest workout so you can push your limits & reach your goals. - We don’t exist in a static environment, so neither should our training.
